Primarily forest, this property's natural vegetation is important to the water quality of Lyon Brook and the Kezar Lake watershed. The easement prohibits subdivision and buildings. This property includes a portion of the New London Conservation Commission's Lyon Brook Trail and will remain undeveloped.

Laurie and Bob Durkin acquired this property in November 2007 and held the property until 2015 when they sold the property to Holly Sethness.
