Landscapes for Landsake: Once again The Banks Gallery in New London is organizing the very popular exhibit “Landscapes for Landsake.” This year the exhibit will feature the original oil paintings of selected Ausbon Sargent protected properties painted by five well known local artists – Ron Brown, Grace Cooper, Lisa Jelleme, John J. Koron and Vicki Koron. The exhibit may be viewed in the Ausbon Sargent offices not in the Banks Gallery. Each of the previous exhibits has been a wonderful success. This year Ausbon Sargent will receive 50% of the sales made. To learn more about The Banks Gallery and these artists visit their website at www.thebanksgallery.com. Annual Meeting
Our annual meeting includes organization updates, financial reports, by-law change vote (click here to read proposed by-law change) and a much anticipated power point presentation by Executive Director, Debbie Stanley of the properties protected during the last year, as well as future land protection efforts. Refreshments served after the meeting at The New London Historical Society,

Courser Farm 13th Annual Pumpkin Festival
The Courser Family's 13th Annual Pumpkin Carving Festival will take place again this year at the family farm on Schoodac Road in Warner. The Courser's provide already scooped out pumpkins, so all you need to bring is your carving tools and creativity.
Sunday, October 24, Carving starts at noon.
Lighting of all the carved pumpkins occurs at dusk on each of
the three nights of October 29, 30 & 31.

Holiday Cocktail Party
The Board of Trustees for Ausbon Sargent cordially invites you to attend our seventh annual Holiday Cocktail Party. Please join us at our winter holiday fundraising event as we share the hope of the season with our many friends committed to preserving the natural beauty of the Mt. Kearsarge/Lake Sunapee region. The party is held at Foxstand - a beautifully renovated Adirondack style lodge - in Springfield, NH. Reservations will be limited so call or email to the ASLPT offices early!
